1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 FELLOUD AB, 559250-2917, thanks you (the "User", "You") for using our service ("We", "Felloud").

1.2 In utilising our service as it is provided through our website (www.feelloud.com) (the "Service" or "Platform")), you accept to adhere to the following terms and conditions (the "General Terms") which here are provided so as to ensure that each party (Feelloud and you) are aware of their rights and obligations due to the usage of the Service.

2 USER CREATION & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

2.1 In order to utilise our Service, you as a User are required to create a user account, through which your actions and communications will be channelled (the "User Account").

2.2 In creating and using your User Account, you accept to adhere to following guidelines (together the "Community Guidelines) whereby the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban from utilising the Service;

2.2.1 Usage of foul or negative language,

2.2.2 the spreading of false, misleading or inflammatory information,

2.2.3 The communication of disrespect of any kind; including hate speech based on but not limited to race, creed, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.

2.2.4 Personal attacks, harassment, impersonation, or bullying other members of this community.

2.2.5 Violations of privacy or sharing personal information (Feelloud employees will never ask for your personal information in a forum post or direct message).

2.2.6 Depictions, references, or descriptions of gory violence or explicit/implicit sexual content.

2.2.7 Breaking the law, plotting crimes, or describing illegal activities.

2.2.8 Threats to harm other members of this community, even if it was in jest.

2.2.9 Distributing unauthorised copyrighted or trademarked material.

2.2.10 Soliciting, plagiarism, or attempts at phishing.

2.2.11 Contributions made with the sole intent of antagonising users or disrupting the conversation.

3 PRIVACY POLICY

3.1 As a service provider, we are responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the current data protection regulation and EU legal legislation such as EU 2016/679 ("GDPR").

3.2 More information on this topic and your rights due to our handling of your data can be found under our "Privacy Policy", accessible through the Website.

4 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 In sharing intellectual property through our website, you take responsibility for any and all claims that can arise from such sharing. As such, FELLOUD can not be held responsible for any claims arising from prohibited usage of intellectual property.

5 THE DEVOTE SERVICE

5.1 FOR THE FANS

5.1.1 Through the usage of a unique token called "Devote", FEELLOUD offers You, the User, an exclusive opportunity to influence the where of future concerts to be performed by Artists on the FEELLOUD platform (the "Devote Service").

5.1.2 Through spending a Devote ("Devoting"), you notify an Artist that you wish for them to perform a concert in a specific geographic location. This does not, however, guarantee that an Artist will perform on the chosen premises, as the planning and organisation of each performance is the responsibility of the Artist and their management.

5.1.3 Devoting can only be carried out on active Artist Campaigns, which are presented on each Artists profile page. FEELLOUD take no responsibility in regard to when an artist chose to activate a Campaign.

5.1.4 In order to spend a Devote we require your real name and age to be shown in your profile. Be aware that this information is shared with our third party providers, such as ticket providers, and as such is required to be correct so as to allow for the printing of personal tickets.

5.1.5 Information in regard to the amount of Devotes spent in a specific area is not displayed by default, as this information is shared by each individual Artist at their choosing.

5.1.6 Each Devote carries a cost of SEK 50,00 including taxes (the "Cost"). The Cost may be subject to change.

5.1.7 However, a Devote may also be exchanged for a Devote-credit, which can be received should a Campaign location where you spent a Devote not be chosen to be included in an upcoming tour.

5.1.8 Once your Devote is spent, changes can't be made.

5.1.9 Once an Active Campaign is closed, users who've spent Devotes will await confirmation in regard to whether or not the Artist will schedule a performance at the chosen geographic location. Should this happen, each user with a Devote spent at the selected location will receive an invite alongside a link to purchase the ticket for the scheduled performance. However, should no venue in close proximity to the chosen location be selected for an upcoming performance, each User who's spent a Devote will receive a Devote-Credit to be spent at another Campaign.

5.1.10 Timeframes in regard to the confirmation of a performance may vary depending on the amount of Devotes spent, number of performances scheduled etc. Please follow the Artist for more information, and you can always check the status of your Devote in the account menus.

6 DISCLAIMER

6.1 The Devote-system is created so as to allow for increased fan-engagement in regard to the planning and performance of music concerts, and as such, FEELLOUD takes no responsibility in the execution of an Artist's Campaign.

7 OUR RIGHTS

7.1 FEELLOUD reserves the right to restrict User access to the Services depending on the adherence to our Community Guidelines and these Terms.

8 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 FEELLOUD is not responsible for any actions, in-actions or events taking place at a performance scheduled through the Services.

9 UPDATES OF THESE TERMS

9.1 FEELLOUD reserves the right to amend, update or terminate the Services at any time as well as these Terms. Users with an account will be informed of such changes in good time prior to execution.

10 JURISDICTION

10.1 FEELLOUD is established in Sweden and operates under Swedish legislation. Any and all disputes arising in regard to the Services to be directed to the general courts of the City of Gothenburg.
